I’ve had the privilege to serve with Richard on two Advisory Boards. One of those morphed into a full Fidicuary Board for a 100 year old family owned company. I learned much from Richard about developing a board, getting the governance issues right and, most importantly keeping the board in ‘strategic thinking territory’ and out of the weeds.
