Kevin Tromer, President and CEO - Team Focus Insurance Group Kevin Tromer is the President and CEO at Team Focus Insurance Group (Team Focus). Kevin began his insurance career in 1993 after spending the early part of his career in the Automotive Finance Industry. He entered the insurance industry with an independent premium finance company and quickly rose to lead the sales and marketing efforts throughout the Southeast. After running his own business, marketing insurance products to agents, Kevin joined MacNeill Group in 1996 in a Corporate Development Role. In 2000, MacNeill Group President Doug Bullington was offered a Management Buy Out and asked Kevin to partner with him in the endeavor. Over the subsequent 20 years they built out what Today is Team Focus Insurance Group, a diversified group of companies serving the property and casualty insurance industry. Kevin became President of the group in 2009 and added the CEO role in 2015. Kevin is a graduate of Ithaca College, is a licensed general lines agent and a licensed surplus lines agent. He has also attended several executive education programs at some of the most prestigious business schools in the country. Team Focus Insurance Group and Kevin are members of APCIA, WSIA, FSLSO, FSLA, PIA, LAAIA, IIAA. Kevin is an active member of Vistage International; is a recipient of the Earle S. Dillard Award from AAMGA for outstanding committee leadership; and currently serves on the Board of the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO).
