Glenn H. Waring, MBA, CPA combines CFO experience with an interest in building community. He has been an independent organizational counselor since 1992, working with large and small organizations to help them discover and reach potential. Many of Glenn’s CEO clients are members of TEC/Vistage, an international organization with 10,000 clients around the world. Glenn learns constantly from his clients, his MBA students, experts who visit his CEO groups, and the CEOs themselves. In addition to counseling and professing, Glenn travels the US and Canada presenting his seminars on organizational dynamics and effective financial management.

Mr. Waring’s clients have included over three dozen companies, where his work focuses on organizational development, financial strategies, and building learning communities. He was a council Vice Chairman within the Urban Land Institute; Development Director for Downtown Columbus, Inc.; trustee of the Jung Association of Central Ohio; and board member of a local staffing company.

Mr. Waring’s publications include co-editing a book on infrastructure development for the Urban Land Institute and various lectures on organizational behavior and finance. He has a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a Masters in Business from Cornell University.
